The company traces its origins in 1936 when its founder Mr Pavlos V Pavlimbeis at the age of just 17 set up a small business from his home in Aradippou Village near Larnaca buying and selling almost everything from household items to goat and sheep skins.The business prospered and in the early 1940's moved to the town of Larnaca at a shop near St' Lazarus Church, where it started importing a variety of goods such as bicycles, furniture, watches, motorbikes and others innovative products for that period.

Being one of the first trading firms of this kind, it quickly gained the support and trust of the people of Larnaca and suburbs, as easy payment terms were introduced, which gave the opportunity to many customers to buy almost everything with small installments. Later on, a branch was set up in Famagusta. From around 1952 the business began to diversify into real estate by buying large plots of Land which were divided into building plots for resale with easy payment terms and the first land development commenced with the construction of a row of houses in Larnaca. Since then the company started to concentrate its activities on Real Estate and commenced the development of a Real Estate Portofolio comprising of Residential Flats and houses, Commercial Shops, Offices, Land and Land Plots and a Hotel. With its over 80 years of history the company continues its way into the future with steady and solid steps based on its experience and good reputation.
